WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR STRESS AND ANXIETY?

Everyone has different solutions. Everyone's tension and anxiety has different causes and they have different personalities. Any trick that someone will tell you has to be matched to your specific needs: Your geographical location, schedule, values, etc. Let me suggest this: Take a run or walk with a notebook or a cell phone with a note-taking program.

(The notebook is probably better, because writing things down physically tends to be better for the purpose of memory and engagement, but either is fine).

Walk or run as long as you feel like. Try to go to different places. If you see something that seems calming or exciting, go over to it. Explore a little (while, of course, being mindful of relevant regulations, property rights, ecological issues, and safety). The exercise will let you walk and think. It will focus that energy into a moment-by-moment element. You will burn off that nervous energy. Even if it doesn't perfectly manage your anxiety, you are getting more exercise, and dollars to donuts you need it! You might also meet people and have nice conversations.
(Again, be safe). Either, at a nice spot to rest or back at home (preferably the former), write down anything that is still bothering you. Work through the issue. Write down any pressing matter, any ideas you've had to solve it. Try to be as coherent as possible so you can benefit from the notes later, but the most important thing is to just keep writing until you can't think of anything more to say.
Then focus on calming down. Focus on thinking nothing. Meditate quietly. All of this is likely to break up engrams and shake loose your present neural configuration. The neurochemistry of even light exercise (which has proven benefits for creativity and stress), feeling better about yourself for exercising and being productive, and taking time for self-care and creating a game plan will help.

Meditate! It gives you a calm mind and a clear perspective. The inner voice will help you accomplish your goals.

The feel good hormone called ‘Endorphin’s’ is released in your body when you are Nervous as well as Excited. Therefore, sometimes Anxiety/Pressure can be good to help you bring out the best in you, provided you deal with it effectively and not fret about the same.
