HOW TO BE POSITIVE IN NEGATIVE SITUATIONS OR THINGS

I would recommend you practice as shown above on my personal experience. So, now go and get your bead and string it up as I did, and whenever the enemy trickles in remove one bead and put it into a box and at the end the day count them to know how much of negative talks you say against the (normal) positive talks. The number of time the self-negative talk came into yourself mind or the number of time you could speak negative talk to yourself will help you to start substituting them to
positive.

However, one of the daunting things about this strategy that wages me from going ahead to giving it my five stars is that the principle works slowly. However, you should be careful as the slow pace on it might get you drop or bored.

Another strategy I tried that also works perfectly well even far from the above is replacing my negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Whenever a negative self-talk knock on my mind I would sharply replace it to positive, although, it isn’t that simple, as finding something in your mind that would perfectly work on your reversal is another odds. In that situation, you have to find something pleasing that you could recall faster and fix to in the mind as a reminder, otherwise, you will be worsening the situation thinking of remedying it.
It’s true that we talk to ourselves negative thoughts every time we are greeted with misfortune, or anytime failure embraces us. Nevertheless, if we fail to control our emotions and feelings to a certain length it won’t be easy for us to practice positive self-talk.


 So, start noting down your negative aspects as well as your positive, and try matching them together. This might sound fun! Nevertheless, it corrects a lot. Don’t you know that it will be easier to work against your enemy when you know their weak points? Therefore, the same should as well apply to your negative self-talk.  Ask yourself these questions. How do I get caught at negative self-talk, At what situation do I normally fall in? What instrument inside me will I use to replace the thoughts? By doing this you will be able to work against the enemy inside you that trickles you into negative self-talk and as well directs your mind for sharp reversal.
