HOW TO BE POSITIVE IN EVERYTHGING

Of course, we all know that the best way to sail faster and safer is determination; I am not saying it can’t happen the other way round. However, being positive in all things could be an over-rewarding task so far. In dealing with self-negativity, positivity is the solution.. When a negative thought enters your mind, push it aside. Don’t nurture it over, and try getting rid of it. In order to wholesomely, feel more of positivity in yourself you have some rolls to play.

Negative thoughts in most cases are irrational. They are usually stories built up in our head, something that does not even exist. Moreover, at times we however take our thoughts to such an extent where they are out of boundary of reality. We feel sad about a certain unrealistic thing such as health challenges, failures and sometimes our circumstances, which is in normal sense unrealistic.

However, these thoughts produce feelings, and not the other way round stressed. This quote by Louise Hay sums up everything perfectly. “If you don’t have the thought, you won’t have the feeling.  Thought can be changed. (Simply) change the thought, and the feeling may go.” Sometimes, what we thought, and feel affects our emotions.  As that, we have to be careful with our thoughts as it might bring in more defection on our lives.

Being positive at self-talk is never a quick race. When practicing the habits it takes an awful lot of efforts, trials and fails and like self-discipline, it’s a habit built on perseverance, patience, perspiration, endurance etc. so it takes time to form and to get rid of. Therefore, it will not stop at instant.


Nevertheless, it is great to love yourself before working towards reversing your negative self-talks. In most cases, we are loved more than we love ourselves. Our longest relationship should be the one with ourselves. You need make yourself a healthy and happy one because not always your will sunshine, but you need to have your own torch to keep moving.
